i’m going to be a massive hypocrite with all this but what i’ll tell you is the right way and healthiest ways okay?
firstly, don’t extreme diet! because if you cut down your calorie intake dramatically then it is extremely unhealthy but the minute you eat more you will start to pile the weight all back on. i’m not awesome at science so i can’t tell you exactly why this happens but i know that it does. if you want to diet then just cut down your calorie intake only slightly but the biggest thing is to cut down on fatty foods. if you cut these out and replace them with healthier foods then you won’t be clogging up your arteries and your blood will get round your body easier. also by cutting out fatty foods, you won’t be piling on all the excess fats that your body doesn’t need. the best method though is exercise! if you exercise and have that healthier diet then you will lose weight and become a lot healthier in yourself, physically and mentally. you could plan a workout maybe for twice a week or go for a run every night or morning? don’t do extreme exercise, break it down and do it in chunks. this will put less pressure on yourself and help you gradually get better and lose weight.
